Adidas Swing is a specialised training aid intended for developing specific grip strength, pulling strength and overall physical condition in athletes in judo, BJJ and other gi disciplines. It works similarly to the Tube training aid, but is complemented by handles made of gi material, which allow realistic grip training.

The aid is wrapped around a fixed object (a post, a bar, a pull-up bar) or around the body of a training partner. Pulling and strength exercises can then be performed using the handles made of judo/BJJ gi fabric, which brings the training significantly closer to real fight situations.

The middle part is fitted with a wide elastic band, which allows smooth resistance, dynamic movement and safe use in various types of exercise. Adidas Swing is an ideal addition for training kumi-kata, grip strength, the back, shoulders and forearms.
