Katsudo Guardox is a lightweight and comfortable elbow guard designed for combat sports training, boxing and general athletic preparation. It provides basic protection for the elbow against impacts, abrasions and repetitive strain without restricting arm movement.

Thanks to the elastic material (cotton + elastane) it naturally adapts to the shape of the arm, stays securely in place and is comfortable even during extended wear.

Ideal for training and technical preparation

This guard is particularly suitable for:

• technical training

• drill of strikes and defense

• light sparring

• conditioning and strength training

It is not intended as a replacement for hard elbow guards for full-contact competition.
